Tonight I had the whole team over. We had the opportunity to record our voice for the first time. We ended up using a Sony KARAOKE Microphone and a Logitech USB Headset. I’m very impressed with the sound quality. I particularly like the use of “Bumpers” as I feel t creates that little bit extra of proffessionalism and adds to the overall enjoyment of the whole show.

Now we just have to figure out how to get it from here to the World Wide Web.

I just figured out how to link your Xbox 360 GamerCard to the site. If you go to the CONTACT US page you should see the GamerCard. Whats cool about this is that when clicked on it will take you to www.xbox.com.au and when signed in you will then be able to send a text message or add to friends list and even compare games in just a few clicks. I think this is something we can all have as we all have a GamerCard.

I just created a FeedBurner account. Basically this creates a Brand spanking new RSS FEED. It does ALOT more though such as showing STATS for how many downloads our podcast has. Very useful information. There is so much that it can do and its FREE. You can see why GOOGLE purchased it. I cant why do see all the stats and graphs that will appear. All in good time. Today I figured out how to get our own email. This is great as everyone working on the site can now have there own private email to work with. It also means that we can have separate emails for different sections such as Guests, Competitions and Sales etc.

After months of research it looks like this Podcast is slowly becoming a reality. I have a great group of people that are working very hard to make this a high quality and enjoyable experience. Each one of them has their own responsibilities, which is very much appreciated. Hopefully we will get our first episode up and running shortly without too many hiccups along the way.
